Qone0, thanks for the snippet.

I still contend that the ICE agent may have genuinely feared for his own life, even if he put himself in harm's way.

But this is the first time I've seen written policy on how to deal with suspects in moving vehicles.

Whatever the agent's culpability is, I think it's clear to everyone but the MAGA cult that he is lacking training.

And that really speaks ill of the rest of ICE, not to mention the entire DHS.
