Let's say the CCP steals some highly classified very high tech IP designed for military use. Do you honestly think Northrup Grumman or Lockheed or Anduril can waltz into a Chinese IP Court and get relief?

Allow me to think cynically. The answer is "no." There is no way in God's green earth that a Chinese IP court will under any circumstances enforce an American defense company's IP claims against another PLA-related defense contractor in China.

But you can think so, if you wish.
