I don't see how the banks will allow members of congress to permit this:

 Trump Calls for 1-Year Cap on on Credit Card Interest Rates at 10%

..If that goes through, rewards cards will be cut way back or eliminated. Also, people with lousy credit will have unsecured cards become unavailable or cancelled. IMO, Trump needs to cool his jets, at least a little..
