Um, look. At the time he fired upon her, he was in no danger. You can clearly see that he is making an effort to get close to make his shots, even leaning over the fender to shoot through the windshield. Whether or not she actually contacted him with her vehicle isn't really relevant, by the time he had starting firing there was no danger.

So it was an execution.

It doesn't matter if she was a radical of any stripe. It doesn't matter if she was a drug or child abuser. It doesn't even matter if she had a backpack nuke in the trunk. The shooter had no way to know any of that. All he knew is she pissed him off and had to die. His comment to her after he shot her pretty much establishes his motive.

The mental gymnastics you are going through to justify the known facts are worthy of gold at the Olympics.
