I strongly suspect China and Russia are going to see their oil producing assets in Venezuela nationalized, just as US companies experienced in prior decades.

It's such an unstable nation.

China uses their bitumen produced in Venezuela as an asphalt mix for roads. They actually produce most of this "Venezuelan bitumen" by loading it with dredges onto tucks,much as Canadian companies do with tra sands. It's not really crude oil the way most people would think of it.

But as Trump says the Canadians are such bad people who have treated America so unfairly, so making Venezuela Great Again is a major MAGA goal.

We now live in a world currently run by erratic, know-nothing nincompoops and martinets.
