I don't have a Global.Rules.Engine so must have disabled but don't remember how. The others are crap and unnecessary. They don't run on my startup (win10 pro) but some will reopen over time and haven't studied which programs they are associated with prompting that. As it is none are notable resource hogs or intrusive spyware AFAIK, and don't spend time worrying about them.
