Hi Michael....

You anticipated my request. I would like to see the lawsuit as well.

Obviously, the timing of the suit is indicative of the fact that Simula feels "comfortable" that at least one other first tier supplier will shortly be in a position to totally replace Autoliv if necessary.

Based on commentary we heard at the show, my bet is on Delphi, at least to start. Moreover, it should be noted that the Delphi representative particularly emphasized (while displaying Simula's product...and for the first time with Simula's name proudly displayed on it!) that virtually *all* the current interest in side impact head protection was moving in the direction of ITS. It is important to note that he also told us that Delphi has *four* curtains of its own in various stages of development and configuration, and despite the obvious self interest there implied, he *still* said all the auto company interest was in ITS.

I am pleased that this lawsuit is announced and underway. It was clear at Autoliv's booth that they were attempting to do whatever was necessary to dampen interest in ITS.

Some way to treat a partner, huh?
