Anyone out there. SIGA at 10 3/8 and over 220,000 shares traded today. Just wondering, I believe SIGA and CCIR are not in same exact business, but would it be fair to value SIGA at same valuation numbers as HADCO bought CCIR at (price/sales, book value, eps).
