Would a CYBR/QDEK merger make sense? Two of QDEK's lead products (and arguably the ones with the most future), RealHelp and Cleansweep, would be duplicates of current CYBR offerings and would not eliminate the competition from the market (Network Associates' PC Media and Symantec's CrashGuard Deluxe and Norton Uninstall Deluxe). That wouldn't make sense to me.

CYBR is in such trouble that I doubt they'd acquire anyone. Somone looking to pick up a utility company might pick up one, but it would seem unlikely to buy both.
