I haven't seen Gilder's references, but I think if there were something out there to compete with CIEN's WDM (and Dense WDM especially) products, it would have shown up...it doesn't seem to. From what I know RIGHT NOW...CIEN at this prices is a screaming BUY..With their growth rate, they should be at a PE of 60 on next year's earnings..of about $1.40... or $84/share... So, I don't know what is going on... Catch me on APAT or... And thanks for the "nudge" on this issue...I may have to move some capital over CIEN way...dlo
