Credit card rates are a perfect example of how full of bullshit libertarians are.

Before Reagan, many states had caps of 15% or less on credit cards. Libertarians assured us that eliminating those caps and associated regular regulations would unless the free market, foster competition and drive rates down below the average of the time of somewhat under 10%.

Now, well how many people have a card with an interest rate below 10% or even 20%?
