Bloomberg says Tesla is having a slow start in India. About 100 of the first ~300 Model Y imports are still unsold four months later, and TSLA is offering up to ?200,000 ($2,217) off some 2025-built Standard Range units to clear inventory. Note: India saw just 227 Tesla registrations in 2025, with buyers reportedly opting for cheaper BMW iX1 or more feature-packed BYD Sealion 7.
