Frank. I think something went astray in my message to you about Merck. What I meant was that I was hoping for a split at that directors meeting and all we got was an announcement of a dividend. If they had split the stock at that time it would probably have been a 2:1 split. Historically they like to split 3:1 I think. So I guess they will be waiting for the next earnings report and then split 3:1. In other words, they DO like to split 3:1. WS is not doing much but at least it's up. Maybe WS is waiting for the President's speech at the Robertson Stephens tech. conf. this afternoon. gg. Sonny
