Venezuela oil reserves - any one know where the 300 billion barrel number comes from? I picked up on a theory that the number came out of Hugo Chavez head and much like donnie old Hugo was prone to exaggerate, The true number may be a third of that.
The 300 billion number is repeated again and again but where is the meat?
