This is a potentially massive revenue producer. Integration software which has applications in ADAS as well as elsewhere. Would need support, upgrades, and likely firmware. The goal of many successful companies- recurring revenue.

Multi-sensor lidar fusion. The SDK handles the complexity.

What is happening:
- `open_source()` accepts a list of sensor sources
- Scans are automatically collated by timestamp
- Each iteration yields synchronized data across all sensors

For multi-sensor SLAM:

The SLAM algorithm fuses data from both sensors into a unified map.

Requirements for accurate fusion:
- Time synchronization via PTP (IEEE 1588)
- Known extrinsic calibration between sensors
- Overlapping fields of view for constraint generation

The SDK provides software-based timing correction when PTP synchronization is not available, enabling multi-sensor operation without infrastructure changes.
