MAI, TECT, NRN
Minera Alamos aka MAI released the Q4 production results from its recently-purchased Pan gold mine in Nevada. The were good, Pan exceeding guidance by producing 9165 oz at a cash cost of $1549/oz. As a result, their cash stash increased to $34M at the end of 2025.
I'm caught in a conundrum regarding my MAI shares. My informal target had been $2, $20 post rollback, but I had recently revised that to $6.50-$7, which has now been reached. I assume that the IKN newsletter, with a similar target, is busy selling their shares, but I am hesitating, partly because Steve Saville recently initiated coverage of MAI with a target of $10. I do intend to sell out, as I dislike the new management due to their poor treatment of former management and the idiotic hiring on someone whose name is anathema in Mexico due to past misdeeds, but based on how MAI has been trading I am thinking of holding on a higher prices. Maybe I will do a partial sale.

Tectonic Metals aka TECT released assays from another 24 holes drilled into the Alpha Bowl on its Flat gold prospect in Alaska.
The big news contained in this PR is that they have managed to connect the Alpha Bowl and Chicken Mountain, establishing a zone of gold mineralization more than 3 km long, open at depth and in all directions. As to the Alpha Bowl itself, the mineralization has now been defined 500m along strike, 600m in width, and 400m in depth, a result achieved over the last 12 months. And note that over half the holes into the area ended in mineralaztion.
TECT has been unable to gain traction in the market, IMO due to over promotion by third parties and the breathless prose -- even if there aren't actually multiple exclamation points ending some of the sentences, you can hear them when you read -- that mars their pres releases.
It is a positive to see the share price again reach the loonie level. Here's hoping that the remaining 76 holes for which assays are pending, which includes exploration drilling at other targets, continue the positive momentum.

Northern Shield Resources aka NRN released a very short PR on their Root & Cellar property in Newfoundland to tell is that one of the quarries on the property had revealed a new porphyry zone measuring 50m by 30m, close to known breccia-hosted mineralization. Samples have been taken and assays are pending.
