**Off Topic**

I've been recently interested in determining if there is a lag between when good news is announced and the stock starts making its move and the initiation of the move up in any stock warrants the issue may have. I noticed this in a couple of stocks but don't know if I was just lucky or it was a reliable pattern. It would be a great way to leverage a move up if there were even just an hour os so of a lag to allow you to catch more stocks. Do you have any observations on this phenomena?
