I don't get it but I trust and expect Qualcomm to get it. I guess the worse case is we're back at square one with an altogether new case. If the game is delay until all becomes irrelevant, some may see Arm winning. A short delay doesn't matter but these cases being dragged out at infinitum are certainly not in Qualcomm's interest. Isn't this how the unfair Apple settlement came about? The wonderful world of lawyering, all poker with a sprinkling of fact.
