I got Action Required letter today re. OBY.. Dated Jan 12th stating I have 90 days to transfer it out.. Also stating my account is considered non compliant until I take care of it.. And of course, if I fail to do that they will do it after 90 days and in the meantime all manner or adverse tax consequences etc..

Any ways, I will call them tomorrow to move it into my -E accounts.. Just a headache to get through their phone system..
