Aeva to Provide 4D LiDAR Technology for Forterra Defense Vehicle Program 02:03:29 PM ET, 01/20/2026 - MT Newswires 02:03 PM EST, 01/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aeva Technologies (AEVA) said Tuesday it was selected by Forterra, an autonomous defense mission systems company, to provide four-dimensional Light Detection and Ranging sensors along with perception technology for AutoDrive, Forterra's autonomous vehicle system. Aeva's 4D LiDAR technology will be integrated into the AutoDrive perception suite to enhance environmental awareness, obstacle detection, and navigation at extended distances in unstructured, contested, and GPS-denied environments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
