Unfortunately, I don't know the answers to your questions, but I hope that it is good enough to push SPCT over 20. Yesterday, you could just see SPCT continuously bash its head on the 20 level without much success. Now the stock is slumping back down on lower volume. SPCT needs something to kick it out of the 16-20 trading range.
