People post those facts all the time for all sorts of corporate entities, most being a billion plus in market cap. Too me it's more reflective of the largesse of Vanguard and BlackRock rather than anything of other significance. Index investing at these outfits has only been enhanced by specialized ETF investing. Percentage held by these institutions is only relevant to the fact that Ouster has met their market cap limitations. This component of today's financial markets is nothing but a big fuzzy collection of irrelevance.
