Count me in too! I hope we don't have to get into this lawsuit thing unless it's absolutely necessary. I still have confidence in the company because of someone like Frank. However, if Mr Hoevel and the rest of the company management keep screwing us like that, so let it be. Conspiracy or not, the company is in total negligence and with the false information presented by the IR guy on this thread, I think we have a case here.
