Regarding the case I bought the transcript. There were just too many outstanding issues that hadn't been resolved yet by the special master, so Judge Norieka is taking the case back over. Since there are still outstanding discovery issues as well 13 other things they needed to resolve they all decided to push the case back.

The status conference in 2 weeks is mostly to make sure that they CAN do the trial in October. The attorneys were available but they wanted to check with their witnesses etc.

There will be a fairly large argument in March during the originally scheduled trial date where they hope to get through all their motions and requests for consolidation or bifurcation, dismissals, summary judgement etc. That is when we will have the most interesting changes.

probably accurate. I also think that ADAS at the higher levels is also further away than everyone anticipated. I suspect QCOM will win some of them, but perhaps Nvidia's is further along w.r.t to levels?
