The economy has not been harmful to 401K's. And we old farts have Medicare; tanks gawd with the costs of healthcare today. The elephant in the room -- the disparity of wealth is widening fast, and its consequences are spreading through our society. That is not to say that climate warming and pollution is not a mammoth tragedy. My team is caught in culture wars when we should be focused on the growing caste system and clean water and air (yes, reducing carbon) amplified by the "Big Pitiful Bill" and Project 2025. The fool in the Whitehouse knows absolutely nothing about economics or markets, or science other than "deals." The Republicans in Congress and the partisan SCOTUS have become Trump's Munchkins and Monarchists.
