Agree, Rubio speaks well for America and Trump, but has shown to be a Neocon. He is one of who is preventing Trump from exiting NATO. Probably knows the public is beginning to sense his bias. Could be it is helping Trump as America 1st, though NATO is a big one as it's only purpose is Russia. Putin is on the record offering peace at least twice and now this agreeing in support of Trump.
