A small town in Southern Minnesota - parallel to Rochester - an hour or from the Twin Cities. It was -18 below here last night with wind chills of -35 below. It hasn't been that cold here in sunny southern Minnesota in the past 20 some years. I'm glad we don't live in Northern Minnesota where it gets cold. LOL
