Megyn Kelly has an interesting take on this.

Cease all ICE operations. State they will not enforce immigration laws there.

Then ramp up bigly everywhere else.

Set up a situation where all the illegals flood to Minnesota.

Flood the state. Put it under huge constraints to support the illegals.

And, oh yes, cut off federal support to the state.

Let them live with the mess they’ve created.
