If QCOM has such good will among its partners why is it plagued with law suits year after year after year and why do key customers put so much effort into not buying their products? Meanwhile the demand for Broadcom and Nvidia products has gone through the roof. I see no reason to think that Tan or Huang would have destroyed the value of QCOM's patents and technology for a quick buck any more than they did that to the companies they currently run. On the contrary, they would have been driven to make QCOM dominate the sector in every respect because that is the type of men they are.
