There are a lot of videos and together they don't prove anything. Conflicting accounts from both sides. All I can say is people who physically challenge cops - whether pushing, ramming their cars, resisting lawful detention or even throwing sandwiches at them - are risking their lives.

As for this guy, he made a deadly mistake taking a loaded gun with multiple magazines to a protest against cops. That’s a fact we can both agree on.
