When pressed for proof, you run to the old "I can show you but you wouldn't accept it" line.

I don't care if you lie to me, by the way. I'm used to it from people who are far more adept at trolling than you are.

But if you want to spend the rest of your life lying to yourself, you will have only yourself to blame when you leave this world in a worse shape than when you entered it.
