Haven't followed Silver Bull in a long time, but just noticed the ask vs bid today.
It has 6.5 million shares apparently for sale at the ask of 0.2436.
If this is accurate, who (other than management) might have such a large block of shares for sale
and if there is any upside to the arbitration why sell at this level?
