<<<<<The goal is to give a stake in America to the future of America.>>>>>

The best way BY FAR to give Americans a future in America would be to tax the rich in a meaningful way to get our national debt under control. To provide a strong economy with a goal towards tomorrow rather than a short term gain. Meaningful taxes rather than punitive tariffs paid for by American citizens.

That means investment in infrastructure and scientific research - not simple extraction of resources no matter what the cost. There couldn't be more of a difference between two resource rich countries of Norway and the US. In Norway they have created a wealth fund of unbelievable monetary resources in their Trust fund that today is valued at $320,000 to $340,000 per each Norwegian Citizen!!!!! .......Compare that to instead the US national debt that amounts to $285,000 per American household ($113,000 per person).

The disparity is so much more though; In Norway you have higher education paid for and a health care system to name just a few of the their huge advantages. We have ICE and Border Security and a huge military!
