Turn up the power a little if weather gets to be a factor. I think the companies testing LMDS have found rain to be no problem. LOS and foliage, yes, rain, no.

Mark, Mr. Jepson of WinStar e-mailed me back and refused to give me a better list of their licenses. Not something they normally distribute...So you've got the best I have or can get.
Did you ever get a list together comparing WinStar's and ARTT's licenses and market coverages? I'd be interested in it when you do.
