If you watched the video, the gun wasn't mentioned until they were beating him on the ground. So no, he wasn't "brandishing" it in any definition of the word. One report claimed he had it in a holster on the back of his waist. That is consistent with how the officer took possession of the gun. Assuming you watched the videos, you should have seen that. Pritti was on his stomach with several guys pummeling him at the time, which you can clearly see in the videos. I realize that facts won't stop you from just making shit up, nothing seems to change that.
