I would back that plan. Gauzy and Refr have been a fail with SPD. It needs to be in bigger hands. Once again, Refr put all their eggs in one basket and sat back, doing nothing but waiting for Gauzy. Looking at how they just fell on their face with their business in France, I am not surprised that they have been unable to secure a large OEM for SPD. It took Refr 6 years to revamp their website, with shareholders complaining the entire way. I lower my price to 100m for both Refr and Gauzy. After 30 years, SPD is in about 4000 cars a year out of about 100 million manufactured every year. This is a total joke. I am looking forward to hearing about how good Gentex is doing on the next Refr conf call. Maybe ill sell all my shares and buy some Gentex stock and collect dividends. The ceo did say we dont have to be shareholders. I took his advice and sold about 50k shares around 2.50. Lol
