I have been trying to post this before earnings to see if my model has been accurate in forecasting where existing customers will be (it has been). I have been traveling so just need to get a few of my inputs updated then I will post what I start to see for Q4 customer counts.

I have seen my M1 model start to break down though so after this quarter I may need to adjust it. The breakdown is to the downside though as QVC existing customers are looking worse which is interesting. I have no data to validate "why" but I wonder if some of their existing viewers are being cannibalized on the social shopping path? They count those customers different, which they should since they are different growth channels and helps give investors, and themselves, clear insight into what channel is growing or not but may impact how a customer is counted?

For advertising spend I think in total for Q4 this may be one of the higher spending quarters around $80-90M in just Q4. Q3 alone increased 24% YoY and given the need to grow and what we saw in TikTok they likely increased it especially around the core holiday period of Black Friday.

As you wrote 60, we will see where she goes!
