Let me explain how sofaking stupid Liberals are: Why not either build a crude oil pipeline from Alberta to eastern Canada and build new refineries that can handle Canadian heavy crudes, or build a refined product pipeline to eastern Canada and permit more refinery capacity in Alberta? It would create a lot of high paying construction jobs and high paying permanent refining and distribution jobs? How the f*ck is exporting jobs to India going to "BUILD CANADA"? There is apparently no limit to ND and Liberal stupidity.
