I continue to have problems accessing the site. Sometimes it is just very slow, sometimes it times out, sometimes I get service unavailable.

This has been going on for about a week now and is particularly bad right now, when it can take up five minutes and repeated tries to get a page to load.

The problem is exclusive to SI; no other sites are affected.
