To all, I just received a response from Mr. Monas regarding the 12mil LOC(line of credit). I asked him what constituted the "equity investment" for the 12mil LOC. This is his response: >some warrants,options,covertables etc.......flexable >agreement............possible exchange and or swap....NO >REVERSES............thanks for being a gentleman He specifically stated that the LOC will not be used to repurchase shares. I do not know what he means by possible exchange and or swap. I am assuming that "No Reverses" means no reverse split. Buster
