Fun with cars. So I managed to peel some back glass out of my parts truck 99 Silverado to put in my 2000 Silverado. I did not do a dry run to check the fit, never crossed my mind and the 2000 has no record of being in an accident ...... Glass does not fit - although the bottom corners are in glue, and less than an eighth inch away, the middle is proud by close to 1/2 an inch. Yes the back of the cab has a curve - just not the same - The back has no blemish that I can see but something sure is off. Old window was a factory slider - new window is one piece OEM
Like I said "fun with cars" Yep I have a work around, there was no way I was pulling that glass with all that fresh urethane on it.

I must be finally getting to the mature stage - not pissed in the slightest - strikes me as funny.
