Hi Bob, I have used West Bend Dyno Tuning. It's a bit west and north of Friedonia, so not too far. They have chassis dyno time available. They've added a lot of shop space since my last visit, so may have an engine dyno now, but not sure. westbenddyno.com I was pleased with their work both times I took the '33 street rod to them.
