I ran the Legacy Portfolio through Gemini with my adjustments. This caught my attention:

The "Hard Asset" HedgeYou have a robust defense against currency devaluation and inflation.

  • Holdings: SLV (5.6%), GLD (3.6%), and IBIT (1.5%).

  • Observation: Having nearly 11% of the portfolio in Silver, Gold, and Bitcoin is a bold stance. It suggests a strong "store of value" mindset for the next generation.

A bold stance indeed, but what am I going to do? It grew into that and I'm not sure that growth will subside.

As to the Growth aspect of the portfolio, here is what Gemini had to say:

The Growth & Tech Engine (High Octane)A significant portion of your top 10 holdings is dedicated to the AI and Semiconductor build-out.

  • Key Drivers: NVDA (5.0%), PLTR (2.8%), AVGO (2.8%), and MRVL (2.7%).

  • Observation: You are heavily leveraged to the "picks and shovels" of the digital age. This is great for legacy growth but introduces high volatility.

Picks and shovels are what I was looking for. I'll try to manage that potential volatility by adding to the defensive holdings. Some of which I'll be doing tomorrow.
