Moe has done what I've been waiting for, for a very long time. True honesty and transparency. Our path forward. That goes a very long way in my book. I'm truly sorry to see those that needed to be let go. But true leadership needs to do things that other's may not be cut out for. And what alternative is there? Kicking the bucket down the road would most likely lead to even more people losing their job. Or something much worse. Moe is trying to put us in a position that will hopefully create many opportunities, and I will back him for as long as I can. I haven't had the time to take in all of what that letter offers. But one very important thing I noticed was consistency in his beliefs. As I mentioned above, honesty and transparency. I'll refer back to one of his posts (I believe it was before he was hired) that I put on the board about his belief system. I'm happy to be informed enough to feel like I'm a tiny part of this company again. Not just a door mat. Thank you sir.
