Agreed. This restructure will make it soooo much easier to expand into other countries. Now we spend someone else's capital and not our own. Less paperwork. Virtually no overhead. Just ideas that print cash. We will see much less revenue by comparison, but we'll make more money in profit per dollar spent. Our net. It looks better on the books and makes for a healthier per earning share metric. That equates to a better PE ratio and that will be reflected in SP.
We're sitting on over 20 million dollars in equipment not too mention an IP to drive it once approval comes.
There are several big HVAC players in Canada alone that could swallow that expense easy enough.
And if anything, maybe GF secures a partner in the US, and as I said before, ships it south of the border for them to use. The Americans get their manufacturing jobs and we get a royalty.
I'm sure what I'm saying is pissing some folks off, but the writing is on the wall IMO.
Why cut shop floor staff and let machines sit idle or at a diminished capacity?
If machines aren't working, they're costing money in downtime.
Do the math.
