Just finished season 2 of Acorn's "The Gone" and got into it much more than the first season alone. Anyone jumping in here should treat it as a 12-episode story arc, because it all ties together. The second six episodes give all the characters much more time to develop and gain some depth in the overall story. The twist at the end certainly leaves the door open for a Season 3, but I can't find any confirmation that one is in the works. I would certainly tune in again if there is. Note: Every time I see a quality NZ series, I bemoan how they came to respect their native traditions in a way that no other colonized country seems to have even tried to equal. Love to know why.
