The best case of honoring a late artist in my mind was when Laura Niro was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012. Sara Bareilles played Niro's "Stoney End" to induct her, and it was better than the original as well as Barbara Streisand's version. It has always loomed large in our house. Sara's no joke!
