The original French "Astrid" has been great, watching the characters develop but not losing the vivid depiction of autistic challenges and traumas in the NT world. As for Canada and First Nations, yes I have heard a lot about what happened there paralleling the US policies. A horrible stain and tragedy on both our societies that we should never forget.
