I spent a few hours filling out my IBRX Claim. I was careful because it was a lot of shares. I thought I did everything right but of course I got the letter that there were issues. Never got the chance to go back and re-do it all so I just accepted that I will get zero.

It's comforting to now know that the "administrators" would have not given me anything anyway as I never sold any shares at a loss and in fact added more shares at the lows.

I have been involved with the market and therefore class action suits since the late 1980's. I have never seen a suit that depended on "recognized" losses.

What a waste.
