Gains today of more than 50% on no news and heavy volume. This usually indicates someone know something because this looks like strong insider buying. Maybe we should be looking for an announcement soon, I talked with the company, and they seem very optimistic. They also indicated that they have been attempting to form several partnerships with other companies being very "receptive". Their partners include PTT's and Service Providers. I also sent an email about them to Lucent because they have similar technologies and would make an excellent partner with the Octel Dvision. DGIV responded saying that they were happy I was taking such a "strong" interest in them. Hopefully things start picking up soon. Regards, Serry Habash
